In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we try to resolve as
many technical matters as possible by e-mail. If the FAQ section
does not cover your problem, please send
us an e-mail with complete description
of your problem including:
- product
- date of purchase
- hours in use
- aircraft on which product is installed
- description of the problem - what happened, symptoms, intermittency,
occurences, etc.
- photos of the installation if possible
